Island Park
Fargo, North Dakota
August 12, 2007

First of all, thank you to all of you who came out to the Jass Festival Concert on August 12, 2007. By our count, we had nearly 200 people in the crowd, and we thank you for your support of the fine arts and young musicians from all around the Fargo-Moorhead area. These musicians deserve a chance to be showcased, and hopefully that powers that be in the Fargo-Moorhead area took note, as these musicians are the future of our jazz scene. Help keep them playing, and keep supporting their efforts.
Also, a huge thank you to all of the musicians who participated in the festival. Your hard work on Friday and Saturday really showed during the show. Your efforts are appreciated. You talent was showcased on four TV stations as well! Good work in preparing for the show, and I look very forward to the very near future when I have the chance to play with you all again.
To the media, thank you for coming out and covering this event. It is exposure like this that puts the good word out there about what young musicians have to offer. Airing the efforts of these players will only help them in the future as entertainers.
Again, thank you to all of you who helped make this years festival a success. I look forward to our 2008 presentation, which will more than likely be right back at Island Park. Take care and God bless.
