Overview of Annual Training (MS PowerPoint)

Annual Training 2007

During the 188th Army Band Annual Training period, which started on January 2nd and ended on January 7th, the unit sent six different small groups on the road. During a four-day period, they performed seventeen performances, which ranged from public school and high school performances to National Guard family days and retirement socials. The unit logged nearly 36 hours of performance time and safely traveled well over 2,000 miles collectively.

The 188th Army Band ensembles enjoyed good weather, wonderful venues, and incredibly attentive and highly energetic crowds wherever they went. Coupled with good planning, excellent leadership in the ensembles, and resourceful support personnel, the mission was a success in every way possible.

If you were a student or teacher at any of these shows, please feel free to send us input on your observations. Any input would be appreciated!

On behalf of the 188th Army Band, the North Dakota Army National Guard, and the US Army, we thank you for your continued support of our unit and all of our servicemen around the globe. Please enjoy the pictures!
